ELITE ATHLETICS RULES AND POLICIES
 

Tuition

·         Tuition is due by the last class of the month for the upcoming month.

·        There will be no tuition deduction for missed classes.

·        Missed classes may not be made up. 

·        There is a 10% discount for 2^nd and 3^rd child.  Discount taken off the lesser tuitions.

·        There is a $30.00 non-refundable registration fee charged annually.  The fee for 2 students from the same family is $45.00.  The fee for 3 or more students from the same family is $55.00.  For those who prefer, a lifetime family registration fee is $130.00.

Payment

·        Payments can be made via CASH or CHECK.  

·         There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

Withdrawal From Class

·        Elite Athletics reserves the right to go to its waiting list and withdraw any student who has not attended class for more than 1 month without prior notification.

·        Elite Athletics must be informed of any extended sickness or injury of a student. 

·        A drop-out form must be filled out no later than the 25^th of the month for all students who wish to withdraw from the program.  Failure to do so will result in a 50% tuition charge.

Refunds

·        All withdrawal by the 1^st of the month will receive 50% refund of tuition paid.  No refunds are given after the 1^st.

Cancellation and Replacement of Classes

·        Elite Athletics reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment.

·        Elite Athletics reserves the right to replace instructors for any class at any time.

Placement of Students

·        It is Elite Athletics discretion for placement of all students.

·        Students must be evaluated to determine appropriate placement.

·        Elite Athletics reserves the right to move a child to a higher or lower class.

·        Elite Athletics reserves the right to cancel a student or family’s membership at any time.

Safety

·        Parents and siblings are to view from designated areas.

·        Parents and siblings are not allowed on the floor or equipment.

·        Parents are not to coach their child while under the supervision of Elite Athletics.

Inclement Weather

·        Please call our facility for more information regarding closings due to weather conditions.  Our answering machine/office number is 434-993-3533, 434-221-6638 (C).

·        If Elite Athletics closes due to weather conditions, a make-up pass will be sent to all gymnasts.

Attire

·        Long hair must be tied back.

·        Girls must wear a leotard (and shorts if preferred) or shorts and T-shirt.

·        Boys must wear T-shirt and shorts.

·        No jeans allowed.

Coach Communication

·        Please be respectful of our coach’s time and others.  If you need to communicate with them don’t disrupt class or pre-time. 

·        Ask the coach to set up a private conference time or ask an office staff member your question or comment and we will direct you appropriately.
