Classes offered Through Elite Athletics

Elite Toddler (18 months- 2 Year Olds)

This 1 hour class offers age-appropriate lessons in movement education.  Interaction between parents and children is encouraged through modified gymnastic apparatus and movement.  Parents/guardians must remain with the group at all times and participate with their child.   $50.00 per month

Elite Preschool (3-4 Year Olds)

This 1 hour class focuses on movement education and games, using modified gymnastics apparatus designed for preschoolers. The developmentally appropriate progressions prepare the youngsters for the fundamentals of gymnastics.  This class will also focus on following directions.  We will incorporate academic skills in each class.  

$50.00 per month

Elite Level 1

This 1 hour class is designed to improve motor skills by introducing strength, flexibility and basic gymnastics skills, using all gymnastics equipment. 

$55.00 per month

Elite Level 2

This 2 hour class includes improvement of motor skills by introducing strength, flexibility and gymnastic skills using gymnastics equipment. Previous gymnastics experience is required with instructor recommendation. 

$70.00 per month

Super Stars

This 2 hour class is a progressive program which follows the National USA Gymnastics Levels 1-4. $70.00 per month

Elite Boys

This 1 ½ hour class is designed for boys to improve flexibility, body awareness, and strength while exploring talents in basic gymnastics on all apparatus. 

$65.00 per month

Elite Ultimate

This 1 hour class is designed for students to explore the environment through sensory motor activities. It is designed to help kids develop coordination, body  awareness, balance, core strength, flexibility, and strength training. 

$55.00 per month

Elite Tumbling

This 1 ½ hour class will include strength and flexibility training while concentrating on tumbling skills.  We will work on basic to advance tumbling and include drills to improve form.  This class is a must for all cheerleaders.  

$60.00 per month

Elite Club

This 4 hour a week program is designed for the more advanced gymnast who is not interested in competition. Students will work on strength, flexibility, and skill development. Students will also learn routines on each apparatus.

Elite Sparkles

This 1 hour cheerleading class is designed to develop “team spirit”, build self-esteem, and improve coordination and motor skills.  We will practice cognitive skills with dance steps, formations, tumbling and timing exercises.

$55.00 per month

Elite Pre-Team

This 4 hour a week program is designed for the serious gymnast. Students work on skill perfection and on strength and flexibility. Students receive instruction following the guide lines of USA Gymnastics.

Elite Team (Level 4-10)

This program is designed for those who are serious in   competitive gymnastics. Students will work on strength, flexibility, and skill development to prepare for competitions. Competitions will follow the USAG guidelines.
